How to get Onboarded on TerragonPrime

To get started on TerragonPrime, we would need some essential details from you. These include;
  1. Your personal and work details e.g. First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Email (business), and a strong a Password using alphanumeric characters and symbols.
  1. Your Business name, Business address, Country, Industry, and Website URL.  

With these details, you can create your TerragonPrime account, using the steps below; 
  1. Using the URL - https://prime.terragoncdp.com, you will be directed to the landing page to create an account. 
  2. Input your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, and create a Password using alphanumeric characters and symbols.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Create Account.

  1. Note: Your name or the reverse of your name should NOT be in the password. 
  2. Password Error

  3. 4. An email will be sent to your email address with a verification link. If you do not receive a verification link, click the Resend email button and a new link should be sent to your email.

  1.  5. During your sign up and email verification process, we may find an account on TerragonPrime with an organizational email similar to yours. You can Request to join the account, if it is your organization's account, or proceed to Create a new account.

  • 6. Once your email has been verified, you will be redirected to the landing page, to fill in your Business name, and address, Country, Industry, and Website URL.

  1. 7. Create your Sender ID. A Sender ID is the sender name displayed to your audiences when they receive your campaign and promotional messages messages, via our offline channel - SMS. You can choose to skip this process and create your ID while in the platform.        Your Sender ID can be up to 11 characters with alphanumeric data, but must not exceed 11 characters.  

  1.   8.  With these easy steps, your TerragonPrime account will be created and you will have access to the platform. You can watch a tutorial on how-to use the platform, request for a product demo with our Customer Support team, by clicking Join a demo session, or take a quick tour.
