How to Fund your Wallet & Buy Units

How to Fund your Wallet 

Topping up your wallet allows you to fund your campaigns across any of the available channels; and you can do so directly from your Bank account using your bank card or other available options.

Simply follow the Step-by-Step Guide below:
  1. Click on “Wallet” on the Navigation bar (option at the left side of the platform)
  2. Click the "Fund Wallet" button
  3. Enter the amount you want to fund. Amount is captured in Naira
  4. Pay with Card, Bank transfer, USSD, or Visa QR.
  5. Your account will be automatically funded, and will appear on the balance section of the Navigation bar.


How to Buy SMS Units 

  1. Still on the "Fund Wallet" section, scroll down to "SMS Units” and Click on “Buy units”

  2. Enter the number of units you want to purchase

  3. Click on “Continue“
    NOTE:
    You will get a pop-up message on the platform that says “Your SMS units top-up is successful“
