How to Create an SMS Campaign from your Audience list

This article is to guide you on how to create an SMS campaign from your audience list on TerragonPrime

Step 1: From the TerraSense navigator, Click on ‘Audience’ to view your current audience list.

Step 2: Click on the audience you want to use for your campaign. You can choose to launch a campaign directly by clicking the ellipses (…) on your preferred audience and selecting “launch a campaign” You can also view insights on your audience before deciding to launch a campaign by clicking on the audience name.

Step 3: Enter your campaign information

Your campaign information includes your campaign name, campaign channel (SMS or Whatsapp), choose your sender ID, and type your campaign message. You can also add your landing page URL which will send your customers directly to your website or online profile.

Next, you can choose to launch immediately or set a time to launch your campaign. Preview your message in the mobile screen and if you are pleased with your campaign message, click on “Next”.

Step 4: Preview your selected audience for your campaign. Preview your selected audience for your campaign by viewing all available profiles in your audience on your left. You can also decide to choose a new audience from your audience list or build a custom audience.

Step 5: Set your campaign budget

The next step is to set your campaign budget to the number of profiles you want to reach and view the amount that you will be charged to reach those number of profiles. Click on ‘Next’ to continue.

Step 6: Review and Launch

At this step, you can review all your campaign details and launch it. You can also edit the entire campaign by clicking on “Edit” If you want to edit just the campaign message, Click on the “Edit” beside “campaign message” and edit your message.

How to create a campaign from your dashboard

This article is to guide you on how to create an SMS campaign from your dashboard on Terragon Prime

Step 1: Click on the ‘create campaign’ icon on the top right corner of your dashboard

Step 2: Enter your campaign information

Your campaign information includes your campaign name, campaign channel (SMS or WhatsApp), choose your sender ID, and type your campaign message. You can also add your landing page URL which will send your customers directly to your website or online profile.

Next, you can choose to launch immediately or set a time to launch your campaign. Preview your message in the mobile screen and if you are pleased with your campaign message, click on “Next”.

Step 3: Select your audience.

You can choose to select an already created audience from your audience list (see article on how to create a custom audience) or create a new audience to launch your campaign. To select an already existing audience segment, click on audience list and select your preferred audience.

To create a new audience, click on custom audience and build your new audience segment using Terragon’s data or your previously uploaded data (See article on how to upload your data).

Then, you can segment your audience by gender, age, economic ratings, interests, location, network operations and device.

Step 4: Set your campaign budget

The next step is to set your campaign budget to the number of profiles you want to reach and view the amount that you will be charged to reach those number of profiles. Click on ‘Next’ to continue

Step 5: Review and Launch

At this step, you can review all your campaign details and launch it. You can also edit the entire campaign by clicking on “Edit” If you want to edit just the campaign message, Click on the “Edit” beside “campaign message” and edit your message.

Upon review, click the “launch campaign” button which will automatically send your campaign for review. Upon approval, your campaign will be launched immediately.
