  • What happens when I set my password and I am not able to log in with the password set?
    Click on forgot password to reset your password and ensure the password you are about to set contains at least 8 characters, lower case letters (a - z), upper case letters (A - Z), numbers (0 - 9), and symbols (#!*.,-&@^*).

  • Do we share your personal data?
    No, personal data is moved out of the platform. Clients have access only to the insights/aggregated data.

  • Can different people get different accesses within one company?
    No, It would be available in the future.

  • Can I compare the profiles I upload with what you have in the database to see where their characteristics differ?
    It is not available at the moment.
